because his skin itself is thin. Sure it has considerably more collagen than the average 50 year old man, but his elastin is that of a 40 year old man. So he looks uncanny as fuck. His face looks excessively "polished" due to loss of fat pads but high collagen levels. But the almost negative elastin levels make him look like a ken doll/uncanny oldhead of sort because there's no actual depth to the fatpads/skin. He's like drago with less robustness and ken doll like skin.
