and a multitude of other interventions (light therapy, exercise, sleep optimization, no alcohol, skin routine, hair routine, vegan diet etc).
i wish someone did his entire protocol but replaced his veganism with a keto diet, balanced diet and carnivore diet, for comparison. i wonder if he would have better anti aging outcomes on a more balanced diet (with some animal products).

what these people, and their associates are saying, freaks me out.
how do you refute live blood analysis evidencing clotting of vaxxed and of the unvaxxed after interacting with the vaxxed.

i imagine if you are only willing to hook up with unvaxxed, that you will struggle to find unvaxxed women. ~70% of the world is vaxxed, women are the most likely to be vaxxed, and most of those who are unvaxxed are from africa and to a lesser degree eastern europe, so unless you live there, you are less likely to find an unvaxxed significant other.
