Bs Acne??

Been bs with my fist for a good amount of time now, but very frequently do i get pimples along the spots i do it. I wash and dry the skin before and after i clean it and do my skincare, what should i do?

i literally see a difference by the day man my zygos are super underdeveloped and i see a real difference
