BS Headache

I use this random rock I have in my room to bs (it’s smooth dw) and today I went a little harder than usual and I have a headache now, I feel like this could be bad especially since it’s only on one side of my head. Am I overreacting or should I get it looked at if the symptoms persist?

i dont see how its much different than a hammer, the headache's gone now anyway
