i decided to bonesmash infras cus Im retarded and didn’t do enough research, I got the worst headache and eye pain, shit isn’t worth it. they do appear less recessed but I’m pretty sure it’s just swelling

well if hit too high and you have recessed infras (i guess you do if you bs) then you might hit the eye + you shouldnt hit too hard in that region and also you should take time to "recover"
