Bonesmashing only works temporarily due to the swelling in the region you hit.Wolff’s law doesn’t work this way,and its just stupid.Its like thinking that hitting your heel will make you grow taller.Ofc it works well if you just want a “pump” before going to school or a night out, but no jack it wont make you “ascend” to “true adam”,you are better off just getting fillers.
