I've been doing bs all over my face for a while now and I have to admit it's given me great results, so I decided to start bs my maxilla because it's recessed.

I will mainly use a massage gun with these two shapes:

I'll try to be consistent, every day I'll have a 15-minute session with a few days off in between.
Also to increase the stimulation I will chew hard gums with my incisors every day for 1 hour
If I can't get the desired result within 2 years I think I'll opt for a lefort 1 or a midface mask implant.
If I get the results I will post a before and after.

only thing you’re gonna achieve is more fullness from the swelling, you’re still gonna be recessed unlike other areas that get projected like zygos, chin…
