Can I bonesmash my fucking nose so the excess cartilage Goes away and it becomes at least straight? Thats my main issue and i dont want to get a rhino

you can also bonesmash your fucking nose so you get bad damage and have frequent nosebleeds, chronic inflammation, even septal damage, maybe bonesmash it so you cant fucking breath, dumbest shit i heard
