If you were to go to a surgeon for BSSO, what precise tweaks would you add?

Whats the maximum length you can move your jaw forward?

If someone wanted to get ccw rotation, how would they ask for it so it reduces their gonial angle?

Also, the results you show with the biggest ascensions, are because the starting points are more deformed. The more recessed you are to begin with, the more difference this surgery will make to your looks.

The “perfect” movements depends on the individual.

And in BSSO the cut is made anteriorly in relation to the gonion. So it won’t affect the angle AT the gonion, but if you want to decrease the mandibular angle, you’d need CCW. Which again, isn’t the best thing for every single individual.

Thank you man, I dont know anywhere near as much as surgeons or anything, but I try to apply good logic to what we do know.

Generally speaking if you move the upper jaw more than 6mm, it can start to look chimpish and unnattractive. The lower jaw on the other hand, we've seen results where its been moved 20mm (BSSO+Genioplasty) and looks very good and natural afterwards.

This is why CCW Bimax usually ascends people the most (if you fit the profile who needs it), because it can give you much more lower jaw projection while still keeping the upper jaw advancement at around 5mm

Your undereye wont change from bimax. Only the paranasal area gets advanced, above that it will look slightly more flat afterwards because this upper midface has been left behind relative to the bottom half of the face.

Did u see the attachments? Her dark undereye circles went away.

I don't know if she was using makeup or not but I'm pretty sure it went away from her upper jaw being advanced right?

Whatever made it disappear, I guarantee it wasn't the bimax from changing any bone structure or soft tissue under the eyes.

The only way it could be, is if her sleep quality improved so her dark eye bags disappeared, since bimax will improve your sleep quality a lot.
