BSSO+Lefort 1 (bimax)
Modified Lefort 3
Custom Jaw Implant (Lateral Projection and chin width)
Infraorbital Malar Implant (I dont believe a Mod Lefort 3 is optimal in getting wide zygos, but rather its more optimal for frontal projection whereas implants are great for lateral projection)
Suprorbital/Brow ridge Implant
Mouth Widening to compensate for jaw width

all of this would cost easily over a 100k, prob 120k

Those are all complicated surgeries unlike a morph done in 5 minutes. No amount of morphing can accurately predict final results . Go ahead and continue to fantasize about how you will look like Chad one day while being consumed by BDD and looking like an ogre instead.

Yeah, but there’s no real point in even thinking about it. You need a good base to start with; the guy has good features from the start. Good luck finding someone who will give you a LF3 modded after you’ve had a LF1 and BSSO too.
