seems everyone here assumes they would improve with these procedures but if im a caucasian male without obvious recession is it worth? I dont want to have black african looking forward growth.

i dont know, maybe get bimax first, and then get midface implants or modified lefort 3

yeah i've been thinking this too tbh. But i need ccw rotation and i can only get that with bimax.

Upload pics bro so we can see. How are we meant to know from some text ?

i have a class 1 bite but still a canidate for trimax as i have short face syndrome (both jaws are equally small) . The answer is not so clear cut.

I dont mean for me specifically I just mean generally, its not always, or even usually the best thing to do, whereas for 90% of people having a more pronounced chin is better

Im in the same boat. i was also under the impression that bimax could resolve asymmetries in the jaw? that would be my primary motive

in terms of cost + risk + time (pre surgical preparation +post op recovery) , no it's not recommended for a guy who has no forms of recession.

but its not so clear cut it depends on the individual.

I guess once ive got down to 12% and completed MSE ill need to go to a doctor to get a proper assessment . I want to get my underlying facial structure and breathing issues sorted before I go onto nose and eye area procedures

I know I have an asymmetric jaw and nose which really throws off my face and is my main flaw. I actually have quite a big jaw though, although it doesnt exactly jut, but Im hoping once im done with weight loss it will look good minus the asymmetry
