I have huge nasolabial folds and my cheeks look strange, you don't seem to have these problems.

yes also affects posture but the main thing Is that i ma scared of looking uncanny or not getting a good result with only genio because my jaw Is recessed

Yes, ask if underchin area would improve, if yes then I would consider bsso + genio. But surgeon might suggest bimax.
