BSSO or geneoplasty? Philtrum somewhat long. Not terrible. First image is with tongue relaxed, the rest are on upper palate. My maxilla is decent(though I have shit tooth show, I can’t tell if it’s because of Philtrum or lack of maxillary height), but my mandible is so recessed. I have a mild overbite, 5 or so mm. Would BSSO even make a difference? I’ve heard the jaw usually goes back to where it was. I’m thinking geneoplasty may be better. I’ve measured my mandible and it was about 14.5cm (ramus and body).
