In the majority of photos I am jutting but the best for reference are the id's one (I am jutting in the one with a buzzcut) and the last Pic of my side profile without jutting, high iqcels help me

At minimum a BSSO considering you have an overbite

A wraparound implant can't give me better results? Since for almost the same price than a bsso the implant could give me height projection and width
 
Brother this is the thousandth time ur posting this , you should seek help
