Is insurance covering it? If youre gonna get jaw surgery make sure they dont underadvance, you want enough movement to actually make it worth your while. 3-6k is a great price but idk about the quality of surgeons in panama

Im really not an expert on this btw so take everything with a grain of salt, but large bimax advancement + downgraft + genio could maybe get you closer to this (more lower third height, good lip competence, good forward growth, better convexity)

Isnt that kinda ogre? I wont risk my harmony, also i am 18 so this is kinda a future plan as far as i know insurance cant covered it atleast is for health
