So i went to my Ortho today, and he gave me a twinblock. I asked him if it'll fuck with my maxilla and he kept kind of refusing to answer it properly he just said "it will change your side profile a tiny bit...." so me and my mom both agreed on looking into a surgical option. However could i get it with this kind of bite? And from what i read you will have to get braces and a wisdom tooth extraction before it, will that hurt my jaw?

I heard that having your lower wisdom teeth removed can cause bone resorption in your mandible, I guess you could get dental implants to prevent that from happening, but I'm not sure.

Talk about it with your orthodontist.

Thanks man, but i think it'll have to be at a different one. He got looked very pissed when me and my mom mentioned surgery lmao
