If a person can't handle that volatility. stick to stock index/etfs etc.; and be content with annual like 20% gains/drops, and daily changes of like 1%.
Bitcoin straight jumped from 40K to 68K. aka +70%.
Than don't complain about an daily correction of 68K to 60K; aka -12% orso
