I have 70% of my money in btc currently and 30% in eth, eth seems more safe so I was thinking in converting my btc to eth too

That applies when you’re all in cash and Bitcoin is at a low price.

Once bull run starts it runs on hype. Unless you want to try shorting Bitcoin during a bull run. You have to somehow call the top before the hype runs out.
