Im just typing shit i don’t need to lose any weight i need to eat 10 times more cause im fuckin anorexic not really but if we talk for build yeah

So why are you asking about starving when you’re already skinny?
Cause the face im skinny bitch but my face is kinda bloated any times but still my fuckin cheekbones are crazy

I starved myself in the sixth grade, lost like 10kg but lost all my muscle, fucked my hormones and destroyed my mood and motivation
Now im quitting the starv and starting eating more

Zero sugar and sugar its the same shii trust me i started to drink energy drinks when i was 7
its not the same thing sweeteners are completly different than regular sugar here is why;

Sugar (glucose/fructose) is metabolized as a carbohydrate: it enters the bloodstream, increases blood glucose, and triggers insulin release to facilitate cellular uptake and energy storage.
Aspartame and most non-nutritive sweeteners are enzymatically broken down into amino acids and small metabolites rather than glucose, so they do not meaningfully contribute to blood glucose elevation or insulin-driven energy regulation in the same physiological way.
They activate sweet taste receptors, but they do not function as a metabolic energy substrate like sugar
