I’ve been consuming 40 grams of sugar daily is that good.

And can u explain why sugar so good.

Btw I don’t hate on sugar I came to my conclusion that sugar is really good for u 2 months ago.

All that no sugar propaganda is dumb .

Everytime I feel low energy I consume 20

grams of sugar.

It helps me focus good too
