Buccal fat dissolving with recessed infraorbitals

I'm going to inject aqualyx in my buccal fat.

I have pretty recessed infras.

The question is: will dissolving this fat result in more droopy eyes or worse eyebags for me if I only inject in the area marked in the photo? (obviously I have far more face fat than JB so that area looks less hollow)
