Because as we age we lose buccal fat, so if you remove it to get "perfect hollow cheeks", you'll end up with overly hollow cheeks without the bone structure support when you're older and you'll look like a meth addict. Terrible idea to remove buccal fat.

Try to lose some more fat. For some people, facial fat is the last to go. If you lose it naturally, you don't actually lose the fat cells themselves, so you don't end up with the problem I described earlier. Don't get fillers unless you are really really lean already.

They won't mess up anything unless your doctor is a complete moron (very easy to inject fillers, anyone could do it).
