im currently 17 and im pretty much fried in terms of looks and everything (I’d probably rate myself below lltn or lltn but thats not what im talking about right now), I have a somewhat decent jawline from the side profile just a slightly recessed chin and but my problem is I want to reduce the buccal fat on my face my side profile jawline and I want to reduce it so that my front profile would look a bit better, I’m already skinny, not fat and I do not go to the gym (I’m gonna start going soon cause calisthenics and swimming aren’t helping at all) but I still think my cheeks are a bit fat like not too fat but Its not showing my bones like I want it to I can still feel the layer of fat above my bones , now my question is does buccal fat in the cheeks significantly decrease in my early 20s and if there is anything that I could do to reduce it WITHOUT a buccal fat surgery or any type of surgery or injections just natural normal stuff?
*I know that doing things naturally won’t change me as much as it would if I take testosterone and other stuff but I just want to be natural, I just want to accept my face and get some tips because I lowkey know nothing about this other than people saying eat bananas make a potassium to sodium ratio and these other stuff, as you can see this is my first post*
