Have consulted with a few places on this.

Entire fat pad: removing the entire pad is how you get the most dramatic results and ascension assuming you have a decent base (and low bf obv)

Partial removal: has anyone who has researching this a lot found out if removing around 2/3 of the pad provides a dramatic enough effect? Are the best results only when they remove the entire pad there?

Why: Once of the Dr.s is way more affordable and convenient, but he only removes 2/3 of the pad bc muh gaunt muh aging etc. I am not sure if this is worth it given I store a lot of fat here even lean with abs.
-But, you can also get fat graphs injections etc. at an older age if needed, right?

Have you read up on the effect on aging? That was the reason that kept me from it.

Either remove all of it or don't get it at all tbh. I'm still hesitant due to the aging effects.

Yes
I think fat grafts injections fillers can fix it
Plus there’s still other fat layers and pads, just doesn’t seem to be a huge concern

Going to get it regardless since bad fat storage cucks me, just a question of this

Thx for reply, ik you had been looking into it

Do you have any good high iq sources on aging question? You seem to research these things well
Some people say this pad isn’t responsible for youth that’s the other pads etc

It's best to try to do it organically first. You don't want to look like a dying skeleton after like 25 (buccal fat naturally disappears after 25)

Yeah organic didn’t work and my dad still seems to have his, was just a question of full vs partial

I have a gut feeling that you shouldnt remove all

When quote lean with abs, cheeks are very full
Faceapp cheekbone morph ascends me hard, I think my base is decent besides this issue

I don’t know what you mean by 2/3. Usually Buccal fat removal is measured in ml and 3ml is typical for men. The surgeon will often give you the chopped up fat pads in a syringe to show you exactly how much he removed.

3.5ml removal definitely ascended me but
1. I have good lateral cheek projection
2. I’ve used Tret every day for the last 2 years so that I don’t look aged

It means 2/3 the pad
Any chance you could DM before/after pics at same bodyfat? I’ll send my pics and see if you think it would work for me

no one actually removes the entire pad. no matter what they say.

doesn't mean you can't be overdone.

Will you elab? Some have claimed to, meaning they remove the entire area of the pad in the middle of the cheek (it extends higher up the face, they only get cheek part)

Would be really curious to hear since if this is true, I’ll go with the cheaper one if they are all removing same amt

If your face is round and/or lacks definition, removing the buccal fat will be a plus.

Essentially, if lack of angularity & definition is a flaw of yours - you probably fine getting it and aging won't mess you up.

Can always just get paranasal implants later in life to add fullness to that region if you start getting very gaunt

Don't get it removed will give you a gaunt look and fat pads are very crucial for looking young
I was also considering this but changed my opinion

I had mine removed. 3cc each. He removed the part that easily wanted to come out he said. Look at my profile and recent posts i have a post about it. I don't look gaunt, but it doesn't really make a drastic difference. It's so subtle, don't really expect anything life changing.

Who gives a shit about aging, it only effects you in your 50s and by then it's over anyways due to agepill.

Removing fat pads in you prime will ascend you.
