Buccal fat removal advice needed

Hello, I’m considering buccal fat removal, this could allow me to hard bulk without significant bloating in the cheeks.

Pretty simple operation in U.S, how will this effect my aging? Should I consider alternatives such as fat dissolving? Any advice is helpful, thanks!


Also, I have the bone support for it so no replying “not the bloat it’s mah bones”.

Buccal fat dissolves as you age, so removing them early just means there's nothing to burn off later in life, thus aging shouldn't be a concern. We're all going to look undesirable after our late 20's, so I just say fuck it and get whatever you want

Age pill is brutal for everyone , I probably will end up getting something, then it’s perma bulk.

If you have high bone mass and a wide skull you'll age just fine, different story for the no-bone narrow skulls out there

Notice how its on the temporalis and medial to the masseter. will buccal fat removal slim the face? yeah, a little. but its not in the right position so that removing it could give hollow cheeks. But what about those hollow cheeks transformations? they mustve got bichectomy, right? No, those...
