It's better to get it done once you're below 10%bf. Let's say you get it done at 15%bf and cut to 10%bf, you might look gaunt af

Just don't get the fatpad completely removed, also consider getting kybella or cheekfat lipo as well if you have a high volume of subcutaneous fat.
