Im 18, i live in Cali and I think that my genetics are shit and cause me to store fat on my neck and cheeks more than anywhere else.
For reference i am 6'1 around 150lbs and have a chubby face and chubby neck.
Im looking for some good options for buccal fat removals in Cali because I don't want to go to fucking Europe for a procedure.
Additionally I believe that buccal fat removal is a simple straightforward procedure and I could be wrong so lmk but isn't buccal fat removal the same everywhere?

ps. it could be my gut health bc i also have acne but im not sure how to clean my gut other than eating healthy nd whole foods which im already doing.

my meals contain mostly meat like steak or ground beef and I pair them with vegetables like sweet potato, carrots, spinach etc... i also eat fruit if i want a snack usually berries with some greek yogurt + i drink like 3l of water daily

Nah it helps A LOT, just buccal fat removal is same difference as going from 18 to 12 body fat and debloating.
Even then if you got big fat pads no hollow cheeks for u

no such thing as "fat storage genetics". This is bull shit. Fat storage is decided by what you eat. But what you mean is probably you have a wide face but still look bloated. Your probably some sort of finnic pheno, alpinid, irish pheno, or east european.

as you said having wide face still leads to being bloated.
asians rarely have hollow cheeks despite having good cheekbones because of dead tier fat distribution.
i have combination of this both traits.

here is bloated barret and changish guy with my pheno who looks 13-14% bodyfat despite being gymmaxed 10% bf 19 bmi .

seems like having bad fat storage genetics will give you bonus 3-4% bodyfat.

Still worth it as long as u pay less than 4-5k, pretty sure in turkey its 4.5k for surgery alone, and in US it’s 10k+
