Buccal fat removal question

I have someone close to my family that works in aesthethics that could work a buccal fat removal on me for $500 - 600 which is a pretty good deal, i was wondering if after the surgery you can play around and if you dont like the result later in your life you can just " bulk " it up? Or if that hollowness always stays the same? Because id like to be at a little higher bf to pack on size or being able to bloat if i roid and not it being so brutal because right now im lean and my angulairty is alright but if i bulk / roid up in the future it will go to shit

there are a special type of dermal fillers you can use later in life that aids patients use to stop looking gaunt if buccal fat removal causes you to look gaunt when youre older

and fat grafting can be done too to add back fat

you cant bulk them back up as the entire fat pad is removed

brutal how lean are you? if i remember your face correctly it could be due to the lack of zygo prominence or jaw angularity. Lipoing more fat might not be the right move

nah its not becuase of lack of zygos its just the fat / swellign / skin being thick
if i make my zygoes bigger my esr is going to be fucked

Hollow cheeks are more about 3d projection of the zygos than just a lateral one, given our phenos while it might look you have good zygos, they lack anterior projection which is fundamental for the counter look

as you can see the bfr clearly did something but its not strong enough to get the line?
i am thinking gonian filler, and lipo maybe? or once swelling goes away

how lean are you? Only thing that looks weird to me about buccal fat removal is your facial fat being disproportionate. I can tell yours is from the photo, though I don't think it's a bad thing it's more just something I noticed. Any more fat removed from your face would be bad in my opinion gonion filler combined with leaning out and letting swelling come down should be more than enough
