one doctor told me its better to get it as at your youth. Since when you become older skin got softer and fat pads transfer to lower part of your face and might give you a bulldog look. if you remove them at that point excess soft skin would make you look older. So its better to get it at younger ages for your face to adapt better. At first it can make you look older but at the long rung it might not differ.(not my words expert doctor told me) Also when I look from my dads/mother side I can see that most of the males still have full cheeks so its a subjective thing

This is the stupidest sugery there is, removing fat from face will casue your to age earilier and worse, also you want to ADD volume to the face not removing

Very rarely a good surgery. The only people I've seen it work for already had MOGGER tier facial bones to begin with.
