Cuz this surgery will fuck your aging a bit so I won’t ever recommend it someone who has never tried to get down to 10-12% to check first.

The nurse I went to a consultation with didn’t even understand me, she thought I wanted a more narrow jaw from the BFR lmao. Actually, you can find a bunch of experienced plastic surgeons who claim that the "bad aging" thing is mostly a myth, and you can also find a bunch of surgeons who claim that it will truly age you badly. Some BFR patients claim it aged them badly, even though they would have probably aged badly anyways regardless if they got the BFR or no.

I think being a good candidate also matters - having high cheekbones and a wide jaw, because these traits shine the most and give off a great look, when a person is lean facially.

I also think that you should look as good as you can while being young. If you get a BFR, look great now and maybe age worse in your 30s or 40s, you can then tackle the issue while knowing, that it made you look great and improved your life a lot in your prime years.
I'd rather look great in my prime years and age mildly worse, than look bloated in my 20s and then, I guess "good for my age", in my 30s and 40s.

furosemide for debloating occasionally, but mostly I take potassium chloride.

Easily the best ltn to hltn transformation on the forum

My friend and his dad spawned in with 0 Buccal fat they can be 30% body fat and still look lean facially and his dad still looks good besides being bald

Envious as fuck lol, my father also has a very lean face at high bodyfat, but my mother had a full face till like her mid 30's/early 40's and the same will be with me, that is why I'm getting a BFR when the consultation goes well. And everyone in my mom's side of family age extremely well so I doubt I will age "bad" just because I had part of my buccal fat pads removed. Even if I do, I don't care. There are already ways to get a fuller buccal area with fillers / fat grafting. And I'm sure that in the next decade or two there will be a lot more ways.

It used to be a lot worse for me when I was like 16, I had the face of an obese person while being like 13% bodyfat.

I really hope that the consultation goes well, I really don't want to travel to another country just to find a doctor who would perform a BFR on me.

Hollow cheeks was a big trend back in the 90s amongst women, because female models rocked that look like crazy, and that also made lots of women want to get it. An older person stated, that he knew a bunch of these women who got it and now, years later, they still look great.

But I have to agree with you on the part that there is no solid evidence and the bad aging factor might be genuinely true for some people. It’s a risk, but one I’m willing to take.

You also said, that no plastic surgeon says that it won't age you badly. Some research would prove your statement wrong, but you are right to an extent - even extremely good and experienced plastic surgeons claim, that it ages you badly and that you should not do it, and I'm sure their statements are based off their experience and feedback from patients.

Aging well is kinda important and I would not push this surgery to anybody, who is having doubts and second thoughts about it, so you actually do have a good point.

They used to get chapped every winter but somehow that stopped last year
The only problem I have rn is dry lips despite using Vaseline and lip balm
