Buccal fat removal surgeon

So I had 3 different consultations for this procedure. One from a really good surgeon in nyc Dr. John Mesa. Specialises in this and on my video consult he emphasized that I am an insanely good candidate for this surgery due to my high cheekbones and good mandible. Overall seemed really well informed. However he is on the pricier side for this procedure at around like 5-6k usd. I would also need to take a short flight to even get there.

The first consult I got was a surgeon in Toronto where I am based. He's also renowned but said he thinks my buccal fat isn't that big of an issue and it's due to my general face structure. I asked the other 2 surgeons about this but they said it would still really help for chiselling out the face (I am also really lean).

The last one I got was from another surgeon in Toronto but this one is a lot cheaper and is friends with my mom jfl so he legit quoted me for only 3k CAD for the surgery (also free consult). He seemed good as well and is also fairly well known.

I know bfr is a pretty simple surgery so that's why I'm wondering if it's really worth it to pay like over double the price for a better surgeon. If this was something like a rhino or whatever I would ofc pay more for a better surgeon but not sure about this case.

Dr. Mesa took photos of my structure and showed me but I didn't take screenshots of them I should have though. Consults are pretty expensive 350 for Mesa and 300 for the Toronto one. The other one was free as I said cause nepotism

Honestly I'm not really good with surgeons but this surgery is simple bro. As long as the surgeon you are seeing is credible enough and not some random ass dude you should be good. You can also go abroad and get it for even cheaper like the person above said but I wouldn't go all the way for just bfr it would be worth if you are doing other surgeries along with it.
