If you have high bf obviously you look worse; just lose the weigh natural or with help of reta. You can consider doing aqualix after seeing that its a genetic problem and not from habits.

buccal fat removal only really looks good if you are already relatively handsome in my personal opinion, it's more of like a final touch up that will make all your other facial aspects stand out more, as well as enhance your facial structure. Def try to reach at least Hmtn before considering BFR, u have good potential to ascend though
