Buccal fat removal

My face is bloated to shit 24/7 even when leaned out I literally look fat with a coat on. My maxilla is recessed from mouth breathing as a kid and upper palate is narrow so thinking of getting custom marpe for breathing + bone mass but also my cheeks are just fat I’ve had it since a baby and it runs in my family. Is modest buccal fat removal worth it or not.

If anything only excess buccal fat should be removed but I would ask your surgeon if you are a candidate

First of all, you have more things to worry before buccal fat removal.

You have no Zygo mass, MARPE improves it by a bit but I don't think it'll be enough. You may need Zygo fillers.

Besides that, you have inward gonions which makes your lower third look like a balloon. Consider doing gonion fillers.

There are a lot more things to do before Buccal fat removal. It's extremely low roi for you to do it now.

Fix your gonions, zygos, mouth commisure and eyebrow tilt, do classic looksmax aka skincare and dying your eyebrows etc., grow your hair.

Then you can think of doing hardmaxxes such as buccal fat removal which I still think would be low roi.

Another thing is may face bloats so easy like if I take a little creatine or salt I blow up so bad in my face and no where else don’t know what that is
