u can see this lil ridge between my cheeks and zygos. i just had lipo on it i think, not full pad removal. surgeon said bout 2-3ccs out of each side. still made a unique look there. natural lighting, totally unfrauded

i think with a facelift to pull the cheek fat up itll look even better

Thinking of getting a liplift too (cornerliplift) would u say it’s better to do it after the bimax and braces or could it be done before from ur knowledge. Mirin the hair tho it’s looking good

cuz we didnt do segmental so i had a 6 teeth smile ( with my lip width in a smile i could easily show 12. also hoping it helps with some speech issues. pales 38mm with crazy tipping too

i would wait cuz im pretty sure the lip line will shift up on the teeth and u could end up gummy
