Buccinator muscle botox vs buccal fat removal for sliming the cheeks?

Botox is safer and cheaper, fat removal might age you. Would get better results with buccal fat 90% of time unless buccinators are overdeveloped

Do u think botox in both masseters and buccinators is a good way to slim down the face? My muscles arent necessarily overdeveloped but I'd say they could get slimmer
