Yeah I still think you should mainly focus on one spiritual practice that you resonate the most with but still be open to the interpretations and insights of other religions, there is value within.

IMO Buddhism and Advaita are probably the best picks since they directly address the ultimate truth. Buddhism is like the bare bones version though
