A2 protein, heavier but due to more protein and fat so keeps one full for hours, sweeter than cow milk, deliciuous AF with the creamy texture, cow milk would have been nice if it was an indigenous breed without injecting hormones which is a needle in a haystack find now. It's not much pricier than regular shit cow milk either, just 25% or so more

Only downside is you might not want to drink a tall glass at once except before sleep, it literally is as effective as melatonin for sleep

Yeah, buffalo milk is naturally A2, cow milk would be too, if they didn't breed the shitty hormone injected Jersey cows all over the world. The problem with buffalo milk is it's much heavier than cow milk though, 4% fat vs 9-10% fat content which is why too much at once can lead to lethargy.
