Is orbital decompression the only way to fix “bug eyes” when they dont protude past your brow ridge? Would fat grafting be a better less invasive solition? photos

most people have recessed infras so i dont really mind, mostly about upper eye area
Aren't recessed infras what causes bug eyes?

No
It's how compressed your eyes are due to shake of eye socket ( I think) and browbridge plays a role (I think)

i think it depends, some people lack fat, others lack bones
I've seen guys with bones with bug eyes
I think it's entirely your eye compression
