bug eyes

i have "Bug eyes" or thats what my friends call it. i have horrible UEE, i dont have under eye exposure(im not 100% sure what that is) and my eyes dont visibly bulge out of my head. i just want to see if anyone has any advice on it and how to fix/minimize it. if you are serious i might send pictures for further help.
