Build a harem or continue renting?

I have enough savings rn to buy a detached house, you only need 10% down payment for the first house here and the bank will lend you rest. But, I’d have to live with this stress in the back of my head and lose the freedom to move around and take sabbaticals from work. Is it worth it?
