Swimming everyday + calisthenics/accessory weights 3-4x a week. Swimming expands the rib cage, even decompresses the spine. Don't be a gymcel bloatcel powerliftcel. Be a swimming gymnast athlete and save your time, do the resistance training at home and the pool too if you got it yahkis.
