What about importing lifestyle stuff like sixpack trainer machine or waist slimmer for girls, and selling the stuff with a online shop and paid ads?

Many ppl do it, but they either have SEO position or somehow other traffic sources <free>
+ they very often run shop IRL so they have money to test pai dtraffic

in that case its probably about creativity
