Bulbous nose tip

Can anyone help me with my nose, I'm so fucking insecure of it my whole nose if alright but I have a bulbous nose tip and my whole face is clear but my nose has pimples, if anyone have any tips to slim it please help me, I'm thinking of using hydrocortisone 1%

use Salicylic Acid and oil cleansers and research skincare products specifically for your nose
