Bulbous nosetip fix? + Picture

I have the problem my nosetip is really bulbous, it ruins my looks kinda, but my nose is not too wide. I hopped on accutane and now want to do Hydrocortison to make it better, but I dont want to ruin any other proportions, like width because my nosebridge is also on the bigger side and it would look disgusting. I already read the BOTB thread and I have to do it differently, because my nostrils are not supossed to be more narrow, so how do I just fix bulbousity, how should I exactly apply the hydrocortison, or is there smth else. I am too poor for rhinoplasty btw.
Btw I think my nose is not too wide, still my mouth to nose isnt perfect, but its more bc auf my mouth I guess, because my nose aligns with my intercantal. If any of my assumptions are wrong feel free to correct me thats my I added the picture. Yeah so what should I do?

I know the only perfect fix is rhino but till I can buy it I want to softmax as much as possible

Thanks bro maybe my Inhib was to high again haha but only bottom center and not on the tip sides a bit aswell? Because it makes sense in my head to shri k the tip from every side
