Bulk/Cut vs Maingaining

Let me hear your guys’ arguments for which one is better. I’ve always done bulk/cut, but been recently seeing a ton of people talking about maingaining.
 
It really depends ok your current situation. It’s a not one size fits all solution.

If you’re underweight I would do a slight surplus. If you’re over weight I would do a cut. If you’re between both and you like your physique, then maintain and if you want then yeah maingain.

Maingaining is just bulking very slowly so you won’t add any unnecessary fat
