im 6'3 63kg. on a bulk right now but eating shit. whats diet should i be on and what peptides should i be on?

not a specific diet but calorie dense foods make things a lot easier. things like nuts (800 calories/cup) are great. Snack frequently between meals. Drink liquid calories (protein drinks, milk, fruit juice) with every meal. It's important to eat foods you enjoy as well and vary them so you don't get sick of something.

If you have low appetite, try waking up earlier. The first meal of the day determines how long you have to eat. You'll be hungry again every ~4 hours. Also eat meals quickly and drink your liquid calories or beverage AFTER finishing the solid food.

If you still can't eat enough, MK-677 massively increases appetite if you're willing to put up with mild bloat/acne.
