Bulk fat

Yo so I feel like I'm pickinh up face fat on the bulk and I wanna stay lean in the face should I go on like a high maintenance cut like 2,100-2400 calories for 2 weeks or what should I do or maybe its just paranoia?

im js gonna call it quits, my face is more important and ig i can js bulk in the summer so ig im back to drinking 3 liters of water per day
