I’m 16yo 6ft 135 pounds I’m extremely skinny but my face looks fat and bloated I want to gain weight fast to not look like a little bitch anymore should I just dirty bulk and not gaf about the face gain? How tf do I not get my face to not look like the Pillsberry doughboy.

Yes u need to fill ur frame first number one priority if ur skinny fat still gain weight
