At 84kg 190cm relatively muscular but around 20 BF%, gym 5x a week. Do I get on a slight "bulk" (±100-300 kcal surplus) and start cutting around the start of spring next year, or do I cut, potentialy with help of retatrutide (have used before). Any other recomendations are welcome too.
