never bulk bro. calculate your TDEE based on your activity, height, age and weight and maintain with 1.6g of protein per kg of BW
 
So basically very small deficit with consistent lifting and high protein? Idk if my logic of recomp is right
u dont need that small deficiet if u dont want to

u should also carbmaxx protein is heavily overrated
